This studio was created for plug and play professional photo and video creation with total control over lighting. I wanted a natural light feeling and effect, but without the disadvantages like variation in color temp, undesirable color casts, uneven coverage, and limitations by time of day, seasonality and weather. Not only is it designed for the natural light photographer in mind--it's also designed for studio professionals who need quick and easy access to classic seamless backdrops (these are remote-controlled). The lighting is both continuous and flash-powered, perfect for seasoned photographers and budding studio artists.

About Union St. Loft
When I opened my first studio in 2023, I sought to create something my headshot clients would love, and something the photography community desperately needed: a reliable, luxurious and bright professional space (with parking). Three years of The Daylight Room has taught me invaluable lessons on studio management, and I knew I had to try again in Concord with a different concept. I'm often told I've "thought of everything" when people visit either studio, and I'm eager to have you see for yourself. It's my pleasure to launch Union Street Loft in 2026.
